Dutch Oven Pineapple Cake

Items needed for Pineapple cake;
2 Jiffy yellow cake mix (3) for thicker cake
1 can pineapple slices
12 maraschino cherries
2 tbsp butter
1/2 cup brown sugar

In the bottom of D.O. cover with a 1/2 inch
of water. Cover the water with aluminum foil
do this in layers, bringing foil end up and over
the D.O. so that foil rest upon the water, this
separates the mixture from water, and holds
the cake

Mixing;
Mix jijjy cake mix as per package instructions
Gently drop butter squares on to the foil
Sprinle brown sugar over butter
Layer pineapple over butter and sugar
covering all the bottom
Pour jijjy batter over pineapples

Cooking;
Hot coals under D.O. and 6-8 coals on lid
to a cooking tempature of 350 degrees
check cake after 15-20 minutes and ever 5-10
after that, 30-35 minutes should do it, stab
with toothpick for doneness, smell and clean
toothpick will tell when cake is done
